How Does the Riesbeck’s Rewards Program Work?

Your card earns you Rewards Points each and every time you shop, and it’s free!  For each dollar you spend, you get 5 Rewards Points. $1 spent=5 points. You can use your Rewards Points to get FREE products in the store. The more you use your card, the greater your rewards!

How Do I Get a Riesbeck’s Rewards Card?

Riesbeck’s Rewards Cards are free. You can get yours at Customer Service or ask your cashier. You’ll receive a Riesbeck’s Rewards Card (1 card and 2 key tags) and an enrollment form. Complete the required fields on the enrollment form, and return the form to your cashier or to Customer Service. You will be issued a Riesbeck’s Rewards Card immediately.

 

Can I Use My New Riesbeck’s Rewards Card Immediately to Start Earning Rewards Points?

You may use your new Riesbeck’s Rewards Card immediately at the time of issue to start earning points!

 

When Do My Rewards Points Expire?

Rewards points do expire 90 days after the day when points are issued. This is on a rolling basis. So, you should not lose all your points at once.

If you provide us a valid email address, you can receive a weekly email indicating how many rewards points expire in the next 7 and 14 days.

 

Does the Rewards Card Cost Me Anything?
No! There are no costs or fees for participating in the Rewards Program. The Rewards Program is our way of thanking you for shopping with us.

 

Do I Need A Rewards Card to Get Weekly Ad Sale Prices?

No.  You’ll always receive weekly ad sale and everyday prices even without your card.  But remember, your Riesbeck’s Rewards Card helps you earn Rewards Points toward FREE items. Also, look out for DOUBLE POINTS days and DOUBLE POINTS items!

How Do I Spend My Rewards Points?

You can spend your Rewards Points to get FREE products in the store!  Look for signs around the store and on the shelf. And don’t worry--you don’t need to remind the cashier when you check out. If you have enough Rewards Points and have picked up a qualifying rewards item, the cashier will know to ask if you’d like to spend your Rewards Points on the FREE item.

 

Is This a Limited Time Promotion? 
No. This is not a limited-time or temporary promotion. This is a program that Riesbeck’s is committed to provide for our customers for long term rewards.

 

Do I Need to Keep Track of My Rewards or Receipts?
You will see your current Rewards Points Balance displayed on the bottom of your receipt each time you shop.  You may wish to keep your receipts if you would like to track the dates that you earned your points.

Are Any Purchases Excluded From Earning Rewards Points? 

Qualifying purchases exclude money spent on alcohol, tobacco, lottery, rentals such as Rug Doctor, postage stamps, gift cards, money orders, tax, delivery fees, and other service items.

Should Everyone in My Household Get Their Own Card?
You’re issued 1 card and 2 key tags, so you can give other members of your household one of those.  This way, all of your Rewards Points will go to the same account. Watch how fast those Rewards Points add up!

 

What Happens If I Forget My Card?

If this happens, you may go to Customer Service with your receipt and the Rewards Points will be issued onto your account.

 

What if I Lose My Card?
Please see Customer Service for a replacement. You’ll be asked for card registration information so we can issue a replacement card.

 

How Do I Check My Rewards Points Balance?
There are 4 ways to check your Rewards Points balance:

  1. The bottom of your receipt every time you shop; or
  2. Have your cashier or Customer Service scan your card; or
  3. On the Riesbeck’s App available for Android and iPhone; or
  4. Under “My Rewards” at www.riesbeckfoods.com.

 

Will My Personal Information Be Sold?
Absolutely not! The Rewards Program and your information is owned by Riesbeck’s and managed by vendor Loyalty Lane Inc., with a very close working relationship between the two companies. None of the information you give us will EVER be sold, rented, or shared by either company or its employees or associates.

Why Do You Ask for My Phone Number?
We may need to contact you if your card is lost and returned to us, or if there is a question about your Rewards Account. It’s also an additional way we can add points if you forgot your card.

When I Give My Email Address, Are You Going to Fill My Email Inbox? 
No.  When you initially enroll, we will send an email welcoming you to the program.  After that, we will email you special promotions periodically—such as our weekly ad, digital coupon information, recipes, etc.  We don't like our inbox full of ads and we're not going to fill yours.  If you ever have any suggestions for things you may find of interest or of use to be included in these periodic emails, please let us know.

 

What About Digital Coupons?

When you clip your digital coupons at www.riesbeckfoods.com, the digital coupons will automatically transfer to your Riesbeck’s Rewards Card.  Just have your cashier scan your card at checkout, and your digital coupons will automatically be applied.

 

Do Digital Coupons Double? Can I Use the Same Digital Coupon More Than Once?

Digital coupons do not double. Once you have used the digital coupon you clipped, it will no longer work with an additional savings.

 

Can I Use Paper Coupons as Well as Digital Coupons on the Same Item?

Coupons are limited to one per item of savings. Digital coupons and paper coupons may not be combined on the purchase of a single item for savings.

 

What If There Were More Than One Digital Coupon of the Same Item That I Can Clip? Can I use Both Coupons on One Item?

No. Coupons can only be redeemed once per item. You can buy an additional, same item to use with additional coupons.
